We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and conveniently anywhere in Pakistan.
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver all across Pakistan through reliable courier partners including TCS, and Leopards Courier.
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 4 – 7 working days
Other Areas of Pakistan: 7 – 10 working days
🕗 Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping Charges
For orders a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250/- applies.
(Shipping costs will appear at checkout before you confirm your order.)
Payment Methods
We currently offer the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your parcel.
Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash – Available for prepaid orders.
Credit/Debit Card – (Coming soon to Addaxfit.pk)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Undelivered or Missed Orders
If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier will contact you for a second attempt.
In case of three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
You can contact our support team to reschedule delivery or place a new order.
Exchange & Return Deliveries
For product exchanges, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
