Return & Exchange Policy – Addaxfit Pakistan

At Addaxfit.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We take pride in providing premium-quality activewear and winter tracksuits, but if something isn’t quite right — we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Exchange

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order in case of:

  • Wrong size received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product/color delivered

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.



Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

    Non-Returnable Items

    Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer

    • The unboxing video is missing

    • Packaging or tags are removed

    • The product was part of a clearance/sale item (if marked as non-returnable)


Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may request it (subject to stock availability).


Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Message us on WhatsApp or email us at support@addaxfit.pk within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details:
    Share your order number, reason for exchange, and pictures (if needed).

  3. Courier Return:
    Our team will guide you on sending the item back via courier.

  4. Exchange Dispatch:
    Once received and verified, we’ll send your replacement item within 3–5 working days.

Note: In case of a defective or wrong item, Addaxfit will bear the return shipping cost. For size exchanges, customers may be asked to cover courier charges.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.

  4. Ensure secure packing to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds.
In special cases (such as stock unavailability), we will issue a credit voucher or replacement product of equal value.

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date the returned item is received.

  • Refunds are sent via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Processing Time

All verified exchange or replacement requests are processed within 3–7 working days after receiving the returned parcel.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
