Make a Return – Addaxfit Pakistan

We’re sorry your order wasn’t a perfect fit!
At Addaxfit.pk, we’ve made the return and exchange process simple and quick — because your comfort and satisfaction matter most.

Follow the steps below to start your return.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before requesting a return, please make sure:

  • Your item was delivered within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels are still attached.

  • You have your order number or invoice handy.

If your product meets these conditions — great! Let’s move to the next step.

Step 2: Submit Your Return Request

You can initiate your return in one of the following ways:

Option 1 – WhatsApp:
Message us at +92 XXX XXXXXXX with your order number, name, and pictures (if applicable).

Option 2 – Email:
Send an email to support@addaxfit.pk with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return/exchange

  • Product pictures (if defective or wrong item)

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Step 3: Pack and Send Your Item

Once approved, please pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our support team.

  • For size exchanges, customers will be asked to cover courier charges.

  • For wrong or defective products, Addaxfit will cover the return shipping cost.

Step 4: Receive Your Exchange or Credit

After we receive and verify your returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit voucher of equal value for your next purchase.

Important Notes

  • Items purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned (unless defective).

  • We currently do not offer refunds; only exchanges or credit vouchers.

  • Addaxfit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
